Sunday night again and time to decide what cocktail I’d like to try. Eric was making fajitas and black beans for dinner, so I thought a good margarita was in order.
2 oz. tequila
3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
1 1/4 oz. Rose’s Lime Juice
1 lime wedge
Salt to taste
1 lime slice
Shake tequila, Grand Marnier, and Rose’s Lime Juice well with ice. Rub outside rim of deep-saucer champagne glass with lime wedge and dip in salt. Strain contents of shaker into salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with lime slice.
And let me tell you – those fajitas were damn good with the margaritas. Mmmm!
